SHRIMP CREAM SAUCE

 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Glascock’s Produce Hot or Mild Pepper Jelly
  • 1 pound headless
  • peeled shrimp
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Cook first three ingredients until wilted.
  • Add jelly and shrimp, cook until pink. Stir in sour cream until heated.
  • Serve over rice.
