• 1 very large Glascock’s Produce sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp Glascock’s Produce Pumpkin Butter or No Sugar Honey Crisp Apple Butter
  • 2 tbsp raisins, craisins or dried fruit of choice
  • 2 tbsp pecans or chopped nuts
  • Cinnamon, to taste 
  • Honey, to taste (OR half of a slightly ripe, mashed banana for sweetness)


  • Preheat oven to 375°. Wash and lightly dry potato.  
  • Poke with fork several times and wrap in aluminum foil 
  • Bake for 80 mins or (65 mins for a smaller potato) and let cool 5 mins 
  • Peel cooled potato and lightly mash with cinnamon and honey 
  • Top with nuts and fruit and then drizzle with “butter” or topping of your choice (if serving immediately) If enjoying later, top with “butter” just before serving and reheating
