Ingredients:
- WV Wild Ramps
To clean ramps:
-simply rinse, cut roots off and peel off the first layer of skin (similar to an onion) to reveal the nice, clean, white bulb, ready to cook.
Parboiling:
-Boil clean ramps for a few minutes, pour off water and replace with clean water.
-Repeat this with three waters. Cook until tender.
These WV Wild Ramps make a great addition to just about any Roasts, Soups, Stews, Casseroles, Potato dishes and more. They can be cleaned and preserved in the freezer and added to your meals all year long.
