Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Glascock’s Produce Hot or Mild Pepper Jelly
- 1 pound headless
- peeled shrimp
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook first three ingredients until wilted.
Add jelly and shrimp, cook until pink.
Stir in sour cream until heated.
Serve over rice.
