Ingredients:
- 12 oz. fresh Glascock’s Produce spinach
- 1 medium Glascock’s Produce apple, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup glazed pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped Glascock’s Produce red onion
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, optional
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; stir in bacon if desired.
For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, mustard and pepper until blended.
Gradually whisk in oil.
Pour over salad; toss to coat.
